What It Includes
Masonry Works
01. Laying of 600mm x 600mm “Anti Stain” super polished homogeneous floor finish c/w skirting at living & dining
(Using latest HDB required prepacked method)
(Tiles value based on $3.50 psf)
(Using adhesive chemical to lay)
02. Cement screed for bedroom. Ready for laying vinyl
03. Laying of heavy duty vinyl flooring c/w skirting at all bedrooms
04. Construct 50mm cabinet base *
05. Construct 50mm washer base*
06. Construct 50mm fridge base*
07. Construct shower kerb at master bathroom *
Plumbing Works
08. Extension of stainless steel piping to new kitchen sink position (Exposed piping)
09. Labour to install 1 no storage heater (in toilet only) or 2 nos instant heaters
10. Labour to install kitchen sink & tap, complete inlet & outlet connection
11. Labour to install bathroom’s accessories (1 time installation)
12. Labour to install 2 sets of hand-held bidet spray

17. Paint whole unit’s wall with Nippon Vinilex 5000 Emulsion paint & ceiling with Nippon Matex White paint (up to 5 colours)
18. Paint all door frames with Nippon Bodelac 9000 Gloss paint
19. Laying of cardboard protection at affected flooring
20. Chemical washing at affected area
21. General cleaning upon completion
