This package is applicable for homeowners who purchased their BTO unit with HDB floor tiles. Hence, floor tiles are not part of this package.

14. Paint whole unit’s wall with Nippon Vinilex 5000 Emulsion paint & ceiling with Nippon Matex White paint (up to 5 colours)
15. Paint all door frames with Nippon Bodelac 9000 Gloss paint
16. Laying of cardboard protection at affected flooring
17. Chemical washing at affected area
18. General cleaning upon completion
