This package is applicable for homeowners who did not opt for HDB floor tiles or vinyl in their purchased BTO unit. Therefore, it includes both floor tiles and vinyl flooring options for living and/or bedroom(s) installation.

• Prices subject to 9% GST payable to government
• Haulage fee is not inclusive & is to be paid by owner
• Tiles by haulage services payable by owner
• Package does not include electrical work
• Package ceiling height based on <2560mm
• Renovation work to be carried out by HDB registered renovation contractor
